[ Maybe it's a weird thing to admit, but Bucky feels safer with Steve close by. More secure and grounded in the world around him. ]

[ Because whether Steve remembers it all or not, Bucky's needed a few rescues since the war. The one in the war had been pretty big, too. ]

I guess that means we've got plenty of time to work out our retirement plans.

I already have plans. I just want some peace and quiet, but you can come ruin it sometimes if you want.
