Sure, he's got no real idea what they're supposed to be looking for, but this place has never been much for giving any of them the easy answers. He figures they'll find what they're looking for when they find it.
And it's not exactly like either of them have anything better to do. Right?
"No, but I can probably figure out which parts are worth something." Assuming it's anything like a vehicle on Earth, there should be consoles with circuitry and wires and there should be fuel-related parts. Between the two of them, they've got a lot of strength for removing whatever they find and carrying it back.
"There's only so many ways to build something as far as I know, and you're not going to send something into space that's made cheaply."
He's of the same mind. As long as a ship could run, that was just about the only thing that concerned him. The way things worked, the way the gears and knuts and bolts came together, that was always Howard's thing. And Tony's.
He nods.
"Agreed. With our luck, I hope we'll be able to find something useful. I'm still trying to think of the best questions to ask. Peggy was always better at the interrogations."
